We baught our first house through Mr. Farid Muhtat in the middle of winter. With two small children and both my wife and I working until 5 pm, you can imagine we had a tight schedule. Regardless of this, Mr. Muhtat displayed great patience, understanding, and helpfulness. Every morning he would send me pictures of houses that had just come to the market in the area I wanted to buy. This was helpful because I could go through them before I went to work and if any interested me I would set up a viewing. Through out the viewing Mr. Muhtat stayed completely neutral and gave us space to look and judge for ourselves. On our request, Mr. Muhtat, on numerous occasions met us late into the night to discuss issues or to do a late viewing. We probably viewed about twenty houses in about a month with his help. When we finally decided on a house, he gave us all the things that we needed to do and guided us every step of the way.
